The ADDS turbulence plot will function exactly the same way as the Winds plot, allowing you to step up or down at 1 hour intervals for 3 hours, and then 3 hour intervals for the next 12 hours. I have found this plot to be uncannily accurate. It allows me to have a good idea where the bumps are likely to be and which direction of altitude change, up, down, or it doesn't matter, will be the most useful. There really is no reason to be caught unawares regarding choppy air; it is almost always forecast right here. Instead of asking for ride reports from ATC as a means of blindly probing for smooth air, you can now use ride reports to confim or disconfirm what you already know about the forecast.
Turbulence PIREPS can be accessed from this page as well...when there are any!
